This is a classic clip so it isn't in HD. Here's what I wrote at the time: This was an awesome tickling session, and all the more so because it was unplanned. Dev brought his good friend (and really hot young guy) Caesar over for me to take some photos of his feet. Dev said that he considers Caesar to be like a little brother, and Caesar looks up to Dev the same way. After a while, I asked Caesar if he was ticklish and he said, "A little bit." I tested his soles and he jumped about a mile! Dev and I talked him into doing a quick tickling video. Caesar turned out to be intensely ticklish all over his body, and Dev showed him absolutely no mercy. After he was begging for us to stop we let him go.
